- Apa yang percuma, dan apa yang Premium?
- Membaca adalah percuma: sehingga 2 cerita Quick Spark lengkap sehari, dengan sudut pandangan pilihan anda, 6 tahap kepanasan dan sempadan anda. Premium membuka kunci cerita Deep Dive, tahap kepanasan “Sangat eksplisit” dan penulisan tanpa had, ditambah narasi audio dengan suara semula jadi yang hangat, pengubahsuaian cerita (edit mana-mana bahagian sendiri, atau minta ia ditulis semula mengikut cara anda), dan sekuel atau bab baharu untuk cerita anda.
- Kenapa hanya dua panjang cerita?
- Kerana setiap cerita layak mendapat permulaan, pertengahan dan pengakhiran yang sebenar. Quick Spark (~1,000 patah perkataan, 5 minit baca · 7 minit dengar) ialah satu babak dengan arka penuh. Deep Dive (~2,000 patah perkataan, 10 minit baca · 15 minit dengar), termasuk dalam Premium, memberi ruang kepada cerita untuk binaan perlahan. Tiada penggantung, tiada skrol tanpa penghujung.
- Sejauh mana peribadi cerita saya?
- Cerita anda hanya boleh dilihat oleh anda, disimpan dalam perpustakaan peribadi anda, dan tidak pernah digunakan untuk melatih model AI. Anda boleh memadam mana-mana cerita, atau keseluruhan akaun anda, pada bila-bila masa.
- Apa yang muncul pada penyata bank saya?
- Nama syarikat yang neutral, tiada apa yang menyebut cerita atau percintaan. Resit anda juga diskret.

- Ya. Tetapkan sempadan anda sekali (tema, perkataan atau situasi yang anda tidak mahu langsung) dan setiap cerita yang kami tulis untuk anda menghormatinya. Anda boleh mengubahnya bila-bila masa anda suka.
- Apa yang tidak dibenarkan?
- Apa-apa yang melibatkan bawah umur, tanpa persetujuan, orang sebenar atau watak berhak cipta. Setiap watak adalah dewasa rekaan, dan setiap cerita dibina atas persetujuan bersemangat. Peraturan ini tidak pernah boleh dipilih.

- Ya, dengan satu klik dari tetapan akaun anda. Cerita yang telah anda tulis kekal dalam perpustakaan anda pada pelan percuma.
- Bahasa apa yang tersedia?

- Sejauh mana eksplisit cerita boleh menjadi?
- Anda pilih antara 7 tahap kepanasan: Lembut, Emosi, Puitis, Puitis (18+), Seimbang, Eksplisit dan Sangat eksplisit. Tiga yang pertama adalah percintaan; dari Puitis (18+) ke atas, cerita adalah erotik, dan Sangat eksplisit dikhaskan untuk Premium. Walau apa pun tahapnya, setiap cerita kekal antara dewasa yang bersetuju.
Getting started
- Do I need an account?
- No. You can try Joy & Jack as a guest and read the opening of the stories you generate. A free account lets you read them in full and keep them in your private library.
- How do I write my first story?
- Open the story generator, choose a length, a point of view and a heat level, then describe your idea, or tap "Generate ideas" and pick a few tags: we write you two to choose from. Your story is written in a few minutes.
- Who can use Joy & Jack?
- Adults only: you must be 18 or over, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
Stories and content
- How long does it take to write a story?
- Usually a few minutes. You can watch the story being written and start reading as soon as it appears.
- Why was my idea refused?
- Every idea is checked against our content rules before we write. When one is refused, we show which rule it touches so you can rephrase it. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full list.
- Can I bring characters back in another story?
- Yes. With a free account, the characters and places of your stories are kept in "My objects". Pick up to six of them when you write your next story.
- Can I delete a story?
- Write to hello@joyandjack.com from the address linked to your account and we will delete it.
Billing and gift cards
- Who processes my payment?
- Payments are processed by CCBill. We never see or store your full card number.
- How do I cancel?
- From your account page, through CCBill, or by writing to us. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Can I offer Joy & Jack to someone?
- Gift cards are coming soon. You will be able to buy Premium for someone else and they will redeem it with a code.
Privacy and safety
- Are my stories used to train AI?
- No. We never use your ideas or stories to train AI models, and our providers are asked not to keep them.
- Can anyone else see my stories?
- No. There are no public profiles or shared stories. Only a small number of authorised staff may read a story when needed, for example to handle a report.
- How do I report something?
- Follow our Complaints Policy, or use Report Non-Consensual Imagery for an image. No account is needed.
Your account
- I forgot my password.
- Write to hello@joyandjack.com from the address linked to your account and we will help you reset it.
- How do I delete my account?
- Write to hello@joyandjack.com from the address linked to your account. We delete your data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
- Can I get a copy of my data?
- Yes. Ask us at hello@joyandjack.com and we will send your stories and account data in a common format.
