- 읽기는 무료예요. 원하는 시점, 6가지 수위, 설정한 선호도를 반영한 Quick Spark 소설 완결본을 하루에 최대 2편까지 읽을 수 있어요. 프리미엄 구독 시 Deep Dive 소설, “매우 대담한” 수위, 무제한 창작 기능이 잠금 해제됩니다. 그뿐만 아니라 따뜻하고 자연스러운 목소리의 오디오 내레이션, 소설 수정(원하는 구절을 직접 편집하거나 원하는 방식으로 다시 쓰기), 소설의 속편이나 새 챕터 추가 기능도 이용할 수 있어요.
- 소설 길이는 왜 두 가지뿐인가요?
- 모든 소설에는 제대로 된 시작, 중간, 끝이 있어야 하니까요. Quick Spark(약 1,000단어, 읽기 5분 · 듣기 7분)는 완전한 구성을 갖춘 단일 장면으로 이루어져 있어요. 프리미엄에 포함된 Deep Dive(약 2,000단어, 읽기 10분 · 듣기 15분)는 이야기를 천천히 전개할 수 있는 충분한 여유를 줍니다. 이야기가 중간에 끊기거나 스크롤이 끝없이 이어지지 않아요.
- 제 소설은 얼마나 비공개로 유지되나요?
- 소설은 나만 볼 수 있으며, 개인 서재에 저장되고 AI 모델 훈련에는 절대 사용되지 않아요. 언제든지 소설이나 계정 전체를 삭제할 수 있어요.
- 은행 명세서에는 어떻게 표시되나요?
- 소설이나 로맨스를 암시하지 않는 중립적인 회사 이름으로 표시돼요. 영수증도 눈에 띄지 않게 처리돼요.
- 소설에 포함될 내용에 제한을 둘 수 있나요?
- 네. 원하지 않는 주제, 단어, 상황 등 제한 사항을 한 번 설정해두면, 생성되는 모든 소설에 그 설정이 반영돼요. 이 설정은 언제든지 변경할 수 있어요.
- 허용되지 않는 것은 무엇인가요?
- 미성년자, 비동의, 실존 인물 또는 저작권이 있는 캐릭터와 관련된 모든 것은 허용되지 않아요. 모든 등장인물은 허구의 성인이며, 모든 소설은 적극적인 동의를 기반으로 합니다. 이 규칙에는 예외가 없어요.
- 언제든지 구독을 취소할 수 있나요?
- 네, 계정 설정에서 클릭 한 번으로 취소할 수 있어요. 작성된 소설은 무료 플랜에서도 서재에 그대로 남아 있어요.

- 소설의 수위는 어디까지 가능한가요?
- 부드러운, 감성적인, 시적인, 시적인 (18+), 균형 잡힌, 대담한, 매우 대담한 등 7가지 수위 중에서 선택할 수 있어요. 처음 세 가지는 로맨스이고, 시적인 (18+)부터는 에로틱 소설이며, 매우 대담한 수위는 프리미엄 전용이에요. 수위에 상관없이 모든 소설은 동의한 성인들의 이야기예요.
Getting started
- Do I need an account?
- No. You can try Joy & Jack as a guest and read the opening of the stories you generate. A free account lets you read them in full and keep them in your private library.
- How do I write my first story?
- Open the story generator, choose a length, a point of view and a heat level, then describe your idea, or tap "Generate ideas" and pick a few tags: we write you two to choose from. Your story is written in a few minutes.
- Who can use Joy & Jack?
- Adults only: you must be 18 or over, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
Stories and content
- How long does it take to write a story?
- Usually a few minutes. You can watch the story being written and start reading as soon as it appears.
- Why was my idea refused?
- Every idea is checked against our content rules before we write. When one is refused, we show which rule it touches so you can rephrase it. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full list.
- Can I bring characters back in another story?
- Yes. With a free account, the characters and places of your stories are kept in "My objects". Pick up to six of them when you write your next story.
- Can I delete a story?
- Write to hello@joyandjack.com from the address linked to your account and we will delete it.
Billing and gift cards
- Who processes my payment?
- Payments are processed by CCBill. We never see or store your full card number.
- How do I cancel?
- From your account page, through CCBill, or by writing to us. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Can I offer Joy & Jack to someone?
- Gift cards are coming soon. You will be able to buy Premium for someone else and they will redeem it with a code.
Privacy and safety
- Are my stories used to train AI?
- No. We never use your ideas or stories to train AI models, and our providers are asked not to keep them.
- Can anyone else see my stories?
- No. There are no public profiles or shared stories. Only a small number of authorised staff may read a story when needed, for example to handle a report.
- How do I report something?
- Follow our Complaints Policy, or use Report Non-Consensual Imagery for an image. No account is needed.

- How do I delete my account?
- Write to hello@joyandjack.com from the address linked to your account. We delete your data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
- Can I get a copy of my data?
- Yes. Ask us at hello@joyandjack.com and we will send your stories and account data in a common format.
