Desire deserves better than what it's been sold.
We think adult content can be honest, generous and made without anyone paying the price for it.
So we tell desire rather than show it: stories written for you, about what you actually want.
What's wrong with adult content
Three convictions made us start. They're opinions, and we hold them firmly.
It's deceptive
It's staged, edited and unreal, and it quietly sets false expectations about bodies, about desire and about what sex is supposed to be.
It leaves most people out
It's largely shot from one dominant point of view. There's little room in it for women's desire, for queer desire, or simply for what ordinary people want.
It's a hard industry
We believe the business that produces it can be harsh for those who work in it, and at times toxic or abusive. We'd rather not depend on it at all.
