Report Non-Consensual Imagery

If you believe an image on Joy & Jack depicts you, or looks like you, without your consent, we will take it seriously and act fast. You do not need an account to report.

1. How to report

• By email: hello@joyandjack.com, with "Image report" in the subject line.
• Through CCBill: use CCBill's content removal form {{CCBILL_CONTENT_REMOVAL_FORM_URL}}.

2. What to include

• A link to the image, or a description of where you saw it.
• Why you believe it depicts or resembles you, or someone you are authorised to represent.
• An email address where we can reach you.

You do not need to send us any photo of yourself. If we ever need more to understand a report, we will ask, and you can decline.

3. What happens next

• These reports are handled first, ahead of all other requests.
• The image is removed or hidden as soon as we receive the report, while we review it.
• We confirm receipt within 24 hours and tell you the outcome.
• If the image breaks our rules, it is deleted permanently, and we review the account that generated it.
